| Behind her shy, elegant, aloof nature, Mikako is known to have a quick, explosive temper. She shields and guards her emotions firmly, believing that everything should be acted on logic first and feelings last, which ends up with her being misunderstood constantly. On the surface, Mikako appears composed and calm, intelligent and wise, her judgement is calculated and she speaks politely. Although, with her close friends and family, she is seen more animated and dramatic than she ever lets on. Despite her politeness, Mikako habitually uses 'ore' to men, yet she prefers 'atashi' when speaking to girls. She is shown to be sensitive, especially to animals. She feeds strays every morning and appears to understand Amon (her pet familiar) despite she couldn't speak his language. Mikako enjoys peace and quiet, though she makes a few exceptions when it comes to her loved ones; including the 7 brothers. Despite her disdain for loud, crowded places, she surprisingly enjoys going to concerts and shopping with Mammon, enjoying spa day with Asmo, going to anime and book conventions with Levi and Satan. According to Asmo and Mammon, Mikako holds grudges to the core and would stop at nothing until her own version of justice is served. She has a morally gray compass, although she never justifies any of her wrongdoings. Despite being quiet and shy in general, Mikako is feisty and opinionated. | Mikako is born as a half-human from her father's side and half-witch from her mother's side. She grew up in a fairly normal, loving household. Born a middle child, the only daughter of Mochizuki Takako and Touma. She has 2 brothers, 'Mana' Manato, an older brother who is 4 years older than her and 'Mori' Morimasa, a younger brother who is only a year younger than her. Her father was one of the top engineers in the country, which led her to having a quite wealthy life. Due to witches' nature of establishing matriarchy, only Mikako is considered as the last in line through her mother. Due to her only have one parent as a witch, Mikako is considered as a 'half-breed' by many and therefore being belittled by some of her peers. She retaliates by practicing mischief dark magic on anyone who picks on her. Ever since she was born, Mikako is cursed. A generational curse runs in her family, coming from her mother's side due to one of her ancestor's wrongdoings; anyone who is the second-born and a woman is doomed to bear it. Mikako resented her luck for fitting into the curse pattern, just like her mother. Despite that, she continues living her life, refusing to let an 'inconvenience' affects her life. It is later reveal that the misfortunes help her in many things and she would be the last to bear it in her lineage. Her mother, like her was coven-less. Takako was believed to have a mix of southeast and central Asian parents whom she never met in her life. Mikako's grandmother was believed to be descendant of lines of powerful witches, both infamous and good witches. This eventually leads to Mikako earning a seat among the Witches' Council as part of the Maidens, much to her dismay. Her father was of Japanese origin and one of his ancestors was believed to be blessed by Lilith. Being a half witch and being blessed by Lilith strengthen her witch's power and magic. Growing up, Mikako's mother equipped her with enough knowledge as a normal witch. After her parents' disappearance during the beginning of her 2nd year in university, which later ruled as death by homicide, Mikako went on a secret revenge rampage for 3 years while juggling her bachelor's degree on the side. Her deeds later was discovered by the Council and was later put on a trial and punished accordingly. After her parents' disappearance, her older brother Mana took care of his younger siblings and put them through universities while maintaining their lifestyle due to his work being a marine spy for the witches' organisation at the moment. Mikako's mother, Takako, was believed to have acquainted with Solomon and had crossed path with Barbatos a few times in the past. |

| As soon as Mammon enters the RAD hall and locked eyes with a fuming Mikako, it is an instant attraction between them. Mammon thought Mikako is the most gorgeous girl he had ever laid eyes on, though at the time she is too feisty and aloof, unreadable to him, which frustrates him. Meanwhile, Mikako admires how handsome he is; she even thinks he should be on the front cover of a model magazine, but she would soon be put off by his loud, abrasive attitude. Mammon is amused and captivated by Mikako's strong personality, although he isn't sure if she's reckless or completely stupid. He sees a much smaller human defying his older brother's words and stares down at both him and the King of Devildom without flinching, consumed by her anger. At first, Mammon was a little wary of the fact that Mikako is a witch, but soon it was replaced with understanding when he sees how badly she was treated by some of the witches due to her reputation of being a 'half-breed'. He becomes protective of her since. Since they are the complete opposite of each other, they bicker a lot as soon as Mikako moved into HoL. Every time they're in the same room, they would pick fights with each other and scrutinise each other's faults. This will end up with Lucifer tying them up together or casting spells on them to hold hands with each other throughout the whole day on multiple occasions. Mammon secretly loves riling her up due to her quick, witty comebacks and since he finds her frustrated, pouty face cute and adorable. |
| It's arguable who fell first, though they most likely fell for each other around the same time. Quoted from Asmo, 'the two are already together before they even know it.' Having spent most of their time together, Mammon developes a humongous crush on Mikako and is often jealous when someone else took up Mikako's attention or gets close to her. He scares off several demons who take interest in her, reminding them that she's with the Avatar of Greed even before they're officially together. Strangely, Mikako doesn't seem to mind him eliminating anyone who got between them. He takes pride being her 'first', which leads to misunderstanding from many people (despite that being true in other way). His infatuation and fondness of her is noticeable by almost everyone despite his denials and attempts to hide and dismiss it. Mikako first realised her feelings for him when Mammon saved her from Leviathan's wrath. She cries out for him to save her in the heat of the moment. Mammon βberatesβ her to only turn to him if she needs someone to save her, in which Mikako teases him. She easily gets flustered when Mammon stares at her or is physically too close to her, which gives Mammon the idea to rile her her more since he loves seeing her flustered. It takes a long time for Mikako to realise Mammon teases her because he thinks her reactions are cute and he simply wants her attention to get close to her. Despite this knowledge, she still couldnβt control herself from reacting to him. |
| After returning back to the human world (end of Season 1 OG timeline), Mikako feels lost, missing Mammon, and regretting never telling him how she actually feels about him due to her pride. They continue to contact through calls, messages, and video calls every day, sometimes they had to do it in secret since Mammonβs brothers would get angry that he hogs all of her attention. Mikako is soon overjoyed when she get pulled back to the Devildom to extend another year and Mammon is delighted beyond words. The moment she returns to Devildom, Mammon has to literally fight for her time. He can be found usually procrastinate in Mikako's room, even gone as far as spending the night in her room frequently, which turns to be a daily occurence. Eventually, the other brothers protest the amount of time Mammon spent in her room. Both Mammon and Mikako end up figuring out a way to sneak into each other's bedroom every night alternately to avoid the embarrassment of getting caught. Fearing losing her to her brothers and several other demons that started to take interest in her, Mammon becomes more greedy and possessive of her affection and attention, to a point that he couldn't deny his feelings in front of her. They officially get together somewhere in Season 2 OMOG timeline. Mammon struggles with his insecurity of not being good enough for Mikako due to his nature being a demon. Mikako never gets tired of reassuring him that she will always choose him no matter the circumstances and that she accepts him the way he is, as the Avatar of Greed. Her life admittedly getting better since she met him. One of the reasons is due to his power, she has tremendous good luck with wealth and everything else. It is shown later on Mammon and Mikako get married and eventually have 2 children (future), Rohan and Ryuuji; a full fledged demon who is known as the Avatar of Vengeance and a half-demon who later becomes the Avatar of Calamity. |
| In Nightbringer, Mikako is devastated being pulled to the past along with Solomon. She's happily engaged to Mammon and is content to spend her life with him. Having to start over frustrates her so much and she constantly missing the warmth and affection she has given and received from Mammon, since they came a long way to be comfortable to be genuine to each other. She soon found herself falling for the past version of him, confirming that Mammon and her will always meant to be together in any life, but not without being haunted by the guilt she harbours for her feelings. The past Mammon is a little more ruthless and forward, something Mikako isn't entirely familiar with when she compared to her earlier experience with Mammon in her timeline. Like the present, she accepts the new found side of him with open arms. She is conflicted about wanting to go back to her own timeline, worrying how his past self would accept her absence. Mikako often wishes that when she gets back to her own timeline, Mammon would retain the memory of them together back in the past, although even she herself accepted that it might be far-fetched. Currently, she's hoping it's something she could talk about with Mammon. She still holds a grudge over Nightbringer who pulled her into the past, for saying that it was the best for her. She secretly doing an ongoing investigation on the identity of the Nightbringer. |

| Lucifer At first, Mikako was absolutely livid at Lucifer's ice cold mannerism. She isn't fond of his haughty and strict demeanour, and on numerous occasions, she would defy his orders and end up getting lectured or hung alongside the other brothers (mostly Mammon). Eventually, she warmed up to him on her 3rd year living with the brothers. She finally understands his worries, even though she disagrees with most of them. Mikako still firmly believes he puts too much expectations on his brothers, especially Mammon due to him having a high opinion on the second born, even though he never admitted it out loud. Mikako ultimately becomes a little sister figure to Lucifer, sharing the same passion for music and record collecting. He gives her the access to his record collection. He tutored her for piano lessons, but she quitted soon after due to his strictness. She relates to Lucifer a lot in having to take care of her family, since she has been the glue and support for both of her brothers. Sometimes, in secret, they exchange their worries over their siblings over a tea. Even though Lucifer rarely speaks about her relationship with Mammon, he genuinely thinks that they're good for each other. |
| Leviathan Levi harboured strong dislike for Mikako at first, thinking she ticked all boxes of his depiction of a normie, assuming they would never get along. He was soon proven wrong when he saw that Mikako is as much as a geek as he is even they are in different fandom, with deep passion for her favourite bands. She would complain about ticketing system queues with him and Levi would offer assistance in helping her get tickets at good spots. They soon bond over their love for their hobbies even though they rarely have similar interest. Levi admires her dedication to dress up in accordance to whatever concert she is watching and usually lends a hand in adding accessories to her clothes. Since she is good at doing impressions and has a good singing voice, she frequently entertains Levi by impersonating his favourite character. The two are best friends and often hang outs for gaming sessions, along with Mammon. |
| Satan Mikako admired the 4th born as she gets to know him when she realises Satan has so much in common with her. They both invested in reading and knowledge so much and shares the love for cats. Satan is always seen feeding cats that seek shelter in Devildom with Mikako and often 'borrows' Amon from her. He soon developed an innocent, huge crush on her due to her intelligence and her patience with his anger. She seems to understand him perfectly, though Satan foster a hidden resentment when he notices her interest always focus on Mammon. It resulted in a somewhat strained, complicated relationship between him and Mikako, also between Mammon and Satan. He confessed to Mikako and got rejected politely by her, which then strained their friendship. When Satan finally came along, he made up with her and their bond strengthens over it. Satan is considered as one of Mikako's best friend. |
| Asmodeus Initially, Mikako is amazed at Asmo's beauty, though later she is shown to be unaffected by his charms, which puzzled him. He teased and harmlessly flirted with her a lot, to a point that she was used to it. They soon developed a strong friendship since Asmo helped her with trimming her hair, painted her nails and helped her with picking out outfits. They become best friends quickly and she trusted him the most to spill her thoughts. Asmo was the first person to notice her developing feelings for Mammon and nudged her to make a move or flirt with him, which made her flustered. She denied it strongly at first, before finally relenting and asked him for advices in regard to Mammon. Even though he pretended to mess with Mammon by 'stealing' her away to go shopping together, he always has been rooting for Mammon to be with Mikako. Up to this day, Mikako often confuses Asmo as the Avatar of Love instead of the Avatar of Lust. |
| Beelzebub Beel would be the only demon that Mikako has never gotten upset with. Despite his reputation of being the Avatar of Gluttony, she never felt that she was in danger of being eaten by him, even during the earlier season. She thinks of him as the sweetest brother that hardly gets into fights with anyone or even picks on anyone. Even though Beel is millenias older than her, she considers him as her baby brother and often spoils him with her baked treats. Beel favours her cooking and baking and thinks she is amazing at them. Mikako initially hated being seen only as a connection to Lilith (she doesn't harbour any resentment to Lilith), though she gradually understands Beel's brotherly attachment to her and doesn't mind it as much. He likes training and sparring with her, even though she wouldn't win in a fair mixed martial arts sparring with him, unless she is properly mad. They can be seen in gyms or playing sports together. |

| Barbatos Mikako genuinely has an underlying fear of the ancient demon, believing he is more powerful than he lets on. They have deep respect for each other. However, they do get along very well and exchanging recipes and teas. In the future, he becomes a mentor of Rohan and Ryuuji and is really fond of them. |
| Solomon Even though their relationship is between a mentor and an apprentice, Mikako keeps a safe distance between them. This is due to her wariness of his methods sometimes. Her mother warned her about him, but that's a story for another time. |

| Abilities Mikako's witch's ability includes one of a normal witch, with several extra perks. She is one of the very few who practices both light and dark magic. Plant Manipulation: Being the 'daughter' of Hades and Persephone, Mikako can manipulate plants' growth, especially flowers. The ability manifested since she was a toddler and could be deadly due to her knowledge on how to use it. Shadow Manipulation: Mikako can hide amongst the shadows and use it as a medium to travel within eyesight without a trace. Mimicry: Mikako can copy the magic of her opponent within a short period of time and use it against them. This leads to her being quick at studying magic. Charm Speaking: Mikako is excellent at seductive speech craft, which develops into charm speaking. She rarely uses the ability, though according to legend, she could drive people to their doom with her words. Necromancy: In theory, it is possible for the daughter of the underworld to delves in this ability, but Mikako is firmly against it as quoted from Mikako, 'donβt mess with the dead.' She used to be able to see tormented souls too, but she taught herself to stop seeing them when she was a child. Physical Combat: Excellent in multiple martial arts; currently karate, muay thai, jiujitsu, and fencing. Mikako has no qualms in fighting and can take down anyone up to thrice her size.
